CREATING HEALTHy HABITS can seem very overwhelming. seriously—where do you start?
When it comes to taking care of yourself (guilt free!) that means getting back to the basics. In most cases, moms are not taking care of their basic needs—your mental/emotional and physical health. Back in 2015 when I began my transformation journey I was not taking care of myself—I dealt with stress and overwhelm with sugar and alcohol and I was for sure not working out or really talking very nice to myself. Once I finally finished a health goal from start to end that is when the snowball effect happened. I craved movement, food freedom and dug deep into personal development habits.
BUT….MY HUSBAND WAS GOING THROUGH THE SAME TRANSFORMATION & IT JUST SEEMED EASIER FOR HIM. UGH.🤔
That’s because women have to do habits differently! We carry such an invisible load, so many internal and external distractions (“Did I cancel that doctor’s appointment? Welp, I have to go pick up a sick kid from school”), diet culture has overcomplicated health and don’t even get me started on mom guilt.
This is how the ATOMIC HABIT HACKING SYSTEM that I teach makes me different as a coach.
