    With 500k downloads of Habit Hack Your Health, I’ve been able to connect with so many of my listeners who have become clients and friends and hear their struggles with both their health and how to actually make health a priority in their busy lives. As a Certified Personal Trainer and even becoming a Behavior Change Specialist—I’ve noticed a gap. Habit strategy needs to be taught differently when working with women and health needs to be uncomplicated so we can just train for life instead of trying to be skinny.
