Episode 192: What Are Capacity Habits? Tips to Doing Something vs. That All or Nothing Mentality

Are you at capacity?  You are completely deflated and have no energy to give and not to mention not enough time.  If you are feeling this way, but starting a new healthy habits feels very overwhelming (even if you know it's good for you!) then I want to introduce a concept called capacity habits.  I share 3 different examples of capacity habits (with some habit strategy in there too, of course!) and how you can do something very tiny which is better than nothing!  Your future self and your loved ones will thank you for it!
