Episode 219: How to Find Your Own Identity Outside of Motherhood with Stephanie Rosenfield

From the moment we become moms, we take on a new role.  It's such a huge blessing and responsibility and can be all-consuming at times.  It's easy for us to lose ourselves in motherhood and not have our own identity other than being a mom.  As time goes on though, you can start to build resentment and unhealthy habits to cope with the burnout and invisible load that we carry. We have to have an identity outside of motherhood and our guest, Stephanie Rosenfield, is going to help us do less to do more for ourselves (without the guilt) and create habits of fun and experimentation in order to find ourselves again!
