HABIT HACK (MOVEMENT) Should You Close Your Rings? The Pros and Cons of Fitness Trackers and Your Habits

I know many of us have Apple Watches and other fitness trackers and even I get a little thrill out of closing my rings each day! (If you’re not sure what I’m talking about—they are three rings on Apple Watches with the red being calories burned, green is the exercise ring and the blue is stand goal and that you’ve moved at least 1 minute each hour.) I think this is a great habit hack to help you move more throughout the day, but I also feel like there are some cons to it like an unhealthy obsession and since women have to do habits differently--not every day will go according to plan--even closign your rings (that why one of the steps in the HABIT HACKING SYSTEM inside of the ACCELERATOR is to have grace and capacity habits.) Today we're going to talk about the pros and cons of using fitness trackers for your healthy habits and habit loops to go along with each!
