We've all counted calories before, right?  Or tried IIFYM? It works until it doesn't and can really lead you to feeling frustrated whether you're on a weight loss or maintenance journey.  As modern/millennial women, a focus on strength training and protein will serve for you more in the long term (that training for life mentality we always talk about!)
