I'm sharing a personal family update about my 13 year old son, Dylan, who is having open heart surgery later this month. He was born with a congenital heart defect called tetralogy of fallot. I feel prepared to show up for him 110%+ from the amazing heart mama's I've had on the show sharing how they continued to make self care a priority while going through a hard situation.
