Self care can be extra tricky and difficult during the holidays (especially during the holidays!) This isn't the time of the year to start a big self care routine made (spoiler: it won't stick) but rather focusing on those fundamental needs we also talk about, but a little different since this time of year can feel so overwhelming. I share some tips and the 3 questions to ask yourself when reflecting on what you need right now for self care during the holidays. The biggest question though to ask yourself around self care during the holidays is what is my capacity right now.
