Episode 184: How To Set Healthy Boundaries with Melissa Urban, Co-Founder of the Whole30 and Author of The Book of Boundaries

We are ending 2022 with a bang!  I'm so excited for you to hear this conversation with Melissa Urban, (dream guest!), co-founder of the Whole30 and author of New York Times Best Seller, "The Book of Boundaries." Melissa has some great tips and even scripts you can use when setting boundaries.  This is such a wonderful mindset habit that will set you free and actually improve your relationships so you don't show up resentful or frustration. It does take practice as many women do feel bad saying no or even selfish, but what you'll come to find out is that setting boundaries is actually a high form of self care.

When I began my own transformation journey, it started with the Whole30 (and have gone on to become an Advanced Whole30 Certified Coach and Plant Based Whole30 Coach) and it was a HUGE lesson in setting boundaries! I had never finished a healthy habit plan like this ever!  I left that experience feeling so empowered just from finishing the Whole30 so much that it snowballed into challenging myself in other ways. That one decision led to me to becoming a fitness instructor, Whole30 Coach and soon a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor.  That one decision snowballed into transforming not only my life, but my family's as well because they are now getting the wife and mom they deserve.
