HABIT HACK THURSDAY: Emotional Eating & Eating as a Form Of Self Care

Today's Habit Hack is all around emotional eating!  I share an action item to help you start tracking your emotional eating cues, and some food for thought (pun intended!) to help you view the way you eat differently (such as slowing down and no longer viewing food as good or bad.) Eating can be a form of self care and these tips will help you come from a place of love instead of guilt when it comes to eating!
