Today's Habit Hack was inspired by a lot of conversations I'm having inside of the Food Freedom Accelerator. And that is to stop prescribing to diet dogma as the only way to lose weight (whether that be keto, paleo, intermittent fasting, carnivore, Whole30, Zone, WW, atkins/low carb, vegan/plant based, etc.) A certain diet might work for you...until it doesn't.
