You have probably seen me riding my Peloton in my IG stories and know that spinning was the first format I even taught (it's one of my soulmate workouts!) In a world where virtual fitness has exploaded, I wanted to bring on Melissa Ferrara from the Moms of Peloton to chat more about finding connection & community when riding on the bike, or using the Peloton app for any workout at home! About Melissa: Mom, wife, corporate event planner and Peloton connoisseur for over 7 years. Some of my hobbies include spending time with my family, a good late-night Target run, and squeezing in time to get those endorphins! I live in Weehawken, NJ right on the Hudson River (across from the new Peloton studios) I have an (almost) 17-month-old daughter. I started as an in studio rider for Peloton and got my bike in 2019 as a surprise from my husband! I am a true extrovert that loves to laugh!
