Episode 41: Self Care Quickie Tip--You Can Do Hard Things

Friends!  I did something really hard and I wanted to share how doing hard things can have such a positive impact on your life (even if you don't succeed the first time!)

As you know, I've been taking a break from teaching group fitness and I miss it so much (but, #selfcare) I needed to take a break for a bit.  I've been wanting to get a Personal Training Certification to up my credentials and for my own personal education so I've been studying to take the NASM CPT Certification Exam! 

I hate tests.  I'm not very science-y so while studying, I was putting a lot of negative thoughts in my own head.  However, I flipped that narrative in my head and took the exam last week (after it being rescheduled once due to COVID19) and I PASSED! 

We can all do hard things.  Listen in as I share the benefits of doing hard things and how you can feel this amazing too!
