Episode 43: Making Your Mental Health a Priority with Courtney Connell

Ep 43 Blog.png

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  1 in 5 people live with some type of mental health condition and I wanted to shed some light and erase the stigma around mental health with this episode today.

Today we're talking about self care and mental health and how you can set boundaries in your life.  Most importantly, if you need help--REACH OUT.  *more resources below

My guest, Courtney Connell, is a certified alcohol and drug counselor living in Ringgold, Georgia and is the curly headed gal behind Coffee Carrots and Curls. Courtney is a mental health advocate and Whole30 Certified Coach. After hitting rock bottom with her eating disorder, Courtney realized the importance of self-care in mental and physical health which has not only enhanced her personal life but also her professional career.

This conversation was important and I want you to know that you're not alone.
