OMG, friends! Today I shared that I am changing the name of this podcast! A HUGE rebrand is coming and I'm so excited (and I kinda want to puke too.) Growth is scary and uncomfortable, but when you lean in--great growth will come!

Friends--self care is and always will be the heart of what I do with the show and our community, but we are going to REDEFINE SELF CARE moving forward (and I can't freaking wait.)

All will be revealed next Monday 3/15, but in the meantime I thought it would be fun to throw a Pre-Launch Party with a fun workshop and giveaway!
